October 4: What would Roger Mooking do?

I looked into my fridge: one pack of leftover wonton wrappers, a plastic carton of wild baby arugula, but nary a Chinese vegetable in sight. So today: the birth of the arugula stuffed wonton--couldn’t decide if I should add truffle oil or soy sauce to the finished product though.
