It’s been a day of all work and almost no play. I have a mountain of homework that needs to be completed before Friday when I head to Quebec for a Red Cross training module. I’m almost bug-eyed from reading over 400 pages on a computer screen. And there’s more to my Red Cross obligations than just pre-training reading. I’ve been invited to give a presentation to George Brown College’s students in the Institute without Boundaries program in a couple of days and am working on that too. For someone who isn’t working at a paying job, I am really inundated with things to do.
The antidote: I’ll go and check out an improv show tonight at the Comedy Bar. I am required to attend two improv comedy shows to complete my Improv 101 class--so it’s really work...
