Good thing I check my email this morning. The venue has been changed. Instead of downtown Toronto, my talk is in the west end. This throws me for a loop. I arrive at the Red Cross office just after 8 a.m., just when I am to start. Despite this, the presentation goes well.
The change puts me one hour behind schedule. I will not have time to drop off my car in Maple. A reprieve. I will have my car for yet another week.
I meet with D for tea, sweets, and good conversation at Art Square Cafe. Leyla drowns the profiteroles in high quality chocolate--decadent.
Mosaic class tonight. I get inspiration from Alexander Calder--I create an abstract with primary colours. However, my vase is not mobile.
